Founder & CEO
Hospitality professional and entrepreneur with 20+ years of industry experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Provides strategic leadership and oversees business operations, client relationships, talent acquisition, and workforce solutions. Dedicated to connecting hospitality businesses with highly qualified professionals while delivering exceptional service, building long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. Frenel founded FH Signature to redefine staffing standards in the industry.
Andre Smith
General Manager
Andre oversees daily operations, hospitality staffing, client relationships, and business development. Responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and placing qualified hospitality professionals for hotels, restaurants, private clubs, events, and other venues. Ensures high service standards, employee performance, client satisfaction, and compliance while driving operational efficiency and business growth.
Hagelande Vertus
Director of Finance
Responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls. Ensures accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and effective cost management while providing leadership with financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
